We’re Sophia and D — a husband-and-wife duo from Georgia who packed up our Southern roots and moved to California for one reason: our children. With six of them (yes, six!), we've learned a thing or two about creativity, chaos, and how to keep the house smelling like something other than laundry and leftovers.
Wick2Whispers was born from our love of crafting, storytelling, and the simple joy of lighting a candle that feels like home. D is our in-house scent expert — give that man a bottle of essential oils and he’ll whip up a fragrance that makes you feel like you’re on a beach sipping peach tea. I (Sophia) handle the candle side of things — from pour to packaging, I’m all about making each candle a little piece of calm in the middle of real life.
Candle-making started as a family hobby and quickly became something more. Our kids love jumping in with their own ideas (and glitter... lots of glitter), and game night in our house often turns into scent-testing battles and wax-pouring contests. We've made this business a reflection of our home—fun, warm, and full of heart.
